What we do…
Woodsy Tiny Homes are very versatile and can be utilised as a business venture or simply extra accommodation for family and friends. They are spacious and provide the latest technology. Each structure is adapted specifically to each client’s requirements.
We recognise high standards of craftsmanship in attention to detail, functionality, and durability.
The Process
Firstly, we arrange a meeting so that we can discuss your requirements for what you need from the hut. If a face-to-face meeting is not possible, then we can phone, email, or video link.
We want to get to know you, therefore each treehouse begins with a conversation, a sketch, a picture, a story, or something you provide that helps us understand your vision. We will bring creative ideas and expertise to your location.
We will take your vision and goals and create a project that is fully costed, structurally sound, attractive, and functional.
We can also create 3D CAD impressions of your proposed ideas based on measurements and images when we visit your site. We always go above and beyond for our customers.
Design
The second step in achieving your vision and goal is to create a project which is structurally sound, fully costed, functional and of course aesthetically pleasing. We can create professional artists’ impressions of your proposed project and estimate based on images and measurements. Artist’s drawings and 3D visualisation are at an additional cost which is refundable from the total cost of your project.

Order
We are able to commit to fixed pricing in most cases. We create an agreement that defines your project and costs.
Each Tiny Home cost varies greatly. The design and quantity of materials used determine the total cost.
All Tiny Homes are totally unique. There is a vast difference in price between a child’s treehouse and a luxury living space.
We work with you on the budget that you have, to design a unique space that you will be amazed by.
Once everything is agreed upon, we ask for a Deposit of – 50%, Mid Build – 25%, and Completed Project – 25%. The final payment must be made prior to delivery. Your Tiny Home will then be scheduled and your journey begins.
Construction
We take care of everything from start to finish. We provide a comprehensive construction service for all our clients. Our skilled carpenters are very impressive with their skill and attention to detail. However, we work with additional local trades if required.

Delivery
The journey begins… Time for your loved ones to enjoy your vision!
When your Tiny Home is complete and ready to be delivered. Once on-site, our delivery team will stay until your hut is in position and you are 100% happy.
